Privacy policy

We only collect what we need to sell and ship your order. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking on this site, and we never sell your data.

Who is responsible

HORIZON, Vilnius, Lithuania is the controller of your personal data. For anything about your data, email info@horizonworks.lt.

What we collect and why

• Your order — name, email address, phone number (if you give one), delivery address, order notes and the items you bought. We use it to take payment, ship the order and contact you about it. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and keeping the records tax and accounting law requires.
• Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation with the amount, your name and email address; we never see your card number.
• Shipping — to show courier prices, your country, postcode and city are sent to siuskpigiau.lt (SendParcel). To ship your order, your name, address, phone number and email address are shared with siuskpigiau.lt and the courier you chose.
• Messages — if you email us or message us on Instagram, we keep the conversation for as long as needed to deal with it. The contact form on this site just opens your own email app; nothing is sent through the site.
• Technical data — like any website, our host Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver and protect the site. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure site.

Cookies and storage

We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage, on your device only; at checkout we receive just the items and quantities. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, and the payment provider may set cookies on its own payment page to prevent fraud, under its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop, each for the purpose described above:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, security and order records
• Stripe — card payments
• siuskpigiau.lt (SendParcel) and the courier you choose — shipping
• Our email forwarding and email providers — handling your messages
• Google — website fonts

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing — we only email you about your order, unless you ask us for something else.

Some of these providers are based outside the EU (for example in the United States). Those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Order and invoice records: for as long as Lithuanian tax and accounting law requires.
• Messages: until your question or order is dealt with, and a reasonable time after.
• Technical logs: briefly, for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Email info@horizonworks.lt and we'll reply within one month. Some data we have to keep for legal reasons even if you ask us to delete it. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or the data protection authority where you live.

Links to Instagram and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies, which we don't control.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
