Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on horizonworks.lt. Please read them before you buy — by paying for an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

HORIZON is an online shop selling used, vintage and new-old-stock car parts, based in Vilnius, Lithuania. You can reach us at orders@horizonworks.lt.

2. The parts

• Most parts are used, vintage or old stock, sourced in Japan and often decades old. Each listing is one specific item, photographed and described on its own, with its condition and any known faults.
• Wear, marks and cosmetic imperfections that match the stated condition and the age of the part are not defects.
• Fitment details (cars, chassis codes, part numbers) are given in good faith as guidance. Please make sure a part suits your vehicle before you order — if you're unsure, ask us first.
• Photos show the actual item unless the listing says otherwise. Colours can look different on screens.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in euros (EUR).
• Shipping is priced live for your address at checkout and shown before you pay. If no courier price is available, the order can't be placed.
• You pay by card (processed by Stripe) on the provider's own secure page. We never see or store your card details.
• Your payment is authorised when you pay and taken when we confirm the order. If the item sold to someone else in the meantime, the authorisation is released and you're not charged.
• Orders shipped outside the EU may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer.

4. Your order

The contract is made when your payment is confirmed and you see the order confirmation with your order reference (HRZ-…). We may cancel an order and refund it in full if the item turns out to be unavailable, is damaged before dispatch, or was listed with an obvious pricing error.

5. Shipping

• Orders are sent within 2 working days of payment. We email you the tracking number.
• Delivery times depend on the courier you choose at checkout. Please check your address before paying — the shipping price is calculated for it, so it can't be changed afterwards.
• The parcel is your responsibility once it has been delivered to you.
• If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with photos of the packaging and the part. We'll handle the claim with the courier and refund or sort it out with you.

6. No returns

Because our parts are used, vintage or old stock, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, or give refunds, for a change of mind, for ordering the wrong part, or for a part that doesn't fit your vehicle. Please read the description, look at the photos and ask any questions before you buy.

The exceptions:

• Not as described — if the part you receive is significantly different from its listing, or
• damaged in transit — see section 5,

contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange the return at our cost and refund you in full, or agree another solution with you.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

7. Condition and warranty

Parts are sold as they are, in the condition described. Electronic parts are only tested where the listing says so. Beyond what is described in the listing and what the law requires, we give no further warranty.

8. Fitting and use

Parts should be fitted by someone qualified to do so, and older parts may need servicing before use. Some parts — aftermarket steering wheels, for example — may not be road-legal in every country, or may mean removing safety equipment such as an airbag. Checking the rules where you drive is your responsibility.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses, fitting costs, or damage caused by incorrect fitting or use. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Disputes and law

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are quickly sorted out by email. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can also contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt).

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
